AUDIT SUMMERY BY ISO :
1) The effectiveness of the QMS was assessed by Internal Audits and the results supplied to Management Review Meetings.
2) The QM system forms the basis for fulfillment of the defined requirements for any product or service supplied. The degree of implementation is checked regularly.
3) Documentation contains a statement for Quality policy, measurable business aims (objectives) and documented methods for their achievement.
4) A central Management Review was carried out periodically (at least once annually). The management review ensured the continuing suitability adequacy and effectiveness of the QM system.
5) In case of a non conforming product, the disposal action is documented adequately. The corrective action is evident for the non conforming products.
6) The central Management Review agenda includes the requirement to assess internal audit results from all locations. (Sampling certification only)
7) The company has a method of collecting customer feedback, including customer complaints. The data are evaluated and corrective / preventive measures are derived / taken.
8) Use of the certification in marketing literature was checked. Reference to certification is made without inference that it applies to products.
9) The auditor(s) was / were convinced of the qualification and professional experience of those employees who were interviewed / whose records were checked during the audit.
10) The hierarchical position of these employees was defined and identifiable.
11) The company provides resources for the improvement and maintenance of the QMS as well as for increased customer satisfaction.
12) Continual improvement of the QMS and customer satisfaction is ensured by measuring, analysis and actions.
13) Temporary sites, samples and all relevant locations were selected in a way to ensure the all processes are covered adequately during the audit.
